We collaborated closely with Ashcroft's marketing team during the design phase. The result is a seamless program enabling customers to explore, compare, and customize floor plans in rich detail. They can view floor plans side by side or play with different layout options.
We also created a downloadable tablet version so Ashcroft employees can remotely demonstrate quality options to international customers who cannot visit in person.
We built custom touchscreen solutions for two of Ashcroft's luxury sales centres - CitiPlace and reResidences. Since introducing them, they have seen improved customer engagement and satisfaction, and are now able to capture valuable, real-time information about customers' needs.
