Elevating Dental Professional Connectivity

The Canadian Dental Association (CDA) sought to expand its existing web-based product, SecureSend, by developing a mobile application. The primary objective was to enable dental professionals to securely exchange patient documents, imagery, and information from their mobile devices. The challenge included creating a seamless and user-friendly mobile experience while ensuring data security and integration with the existing SecureSend system.

The project involved the development of a native mobile app for both iOS and Android platforms. Features included user authentication, message viewing and sending, image capture and sharing using device cameras, attachment downloads, message searching through the existing API, and push notifications.

Throughout the project, the team demonstrated exceptional communication with the client, maintaining a steady course for development and showcasing adaptability.

To ensure a great user experience, a stringent Quality Assurance phase was conducted, resulting in the app experiencing minimal post-launch issues.
