Flexible Hours

Our virtual office runs from 10am-3pm EST, Monday to Thursday. Outside of core hours, team members choose schedules that work best for them.

Optional Compressed 4-Day Work Week

Employees can choose to work their 37.5 hours over four or five days, including the option to take Fridays off.
